Focus on back and arms - the cobras were easier today thankfully. Really felt yesterday's lateral raises towards the end on my cable curls but otherwise, the session went almost swimmingly! Not sure if Dax is gradually destroying all my pain receptors one by one! Although there's not much movement on the tape, my shirt is definitely getting tighter around the chest and arms when I exercise. I know it could do with getting a little looser elsewhere but I'm still working on that!!
