Still very low level residual soreness in the muscles. I noticed today that my shoulder joints were a little tender but other than that, feeling pretty good. Back to the multiple sets today. I'm feeling much more confident with my technique now - I'm not at all used to doing clean and press and deadlifts that we did today but after the last 10 days, I'm feeling more confident. As my DOMS have reduced and my confidence increased, I've been lifting heavier weights although nowhere near what some of the others are lifting. Still, by the end of the month.....
