DOMS rating has gone back up - sore in lower back from loads of dealifts yesterday. It's an exercise I've never really done before so loads of them were a shock to the system.
Today I was working on chest and arms. Tons of press ups again!! My arms felt weak today and struggled on my bench presses with a weight I'd normally be ok with. I suspect it may be due to switching to a night shift which has messed up my sleeping and eating patterns - had a poor sleep today, disturbed on several occasions by the phone. Still, I completed the session and I can see an improvement in my body shape. Getting close to the half way point!!
