After a quiet day it was back to the madness - hundreds of press ups, lateral raises, cable curls and SB crunches. Felt stronger than I have done for several days and lifted more weight or more reps for most exercises. Nearly had a dearie-me with a clean and press where I'd been a little over ambitious with the weight increase. Other than that, it was a good session although I felt pretty much wasted from then on.
